Frequently Asked Questions:
What is your turn around time?
- Generally 1-2 weeks. Sometimes it can be longer during holiday times or to allow for vacation time. I do my best to communicate with you up front what it will be. If you have a specific date you need an item by, please let me know up front. I will let you know if I cannot accommodate that date, but do my best to make sure we never miss a special occasion.
Can I bring you something to personalize?
- Yes, of course! If you are local to the Memphis area, you can drop off and pick up at my house. If you are not local, you can always have an item sent directly to me. Send me a message for address.
Bulk orders, rush time, discounts, etc:
- Yes, I can do bulk orders. Processing time varies wildly depending on time of the year, the items, and more. Please reach out to me as soon as you know you might want to place a bulk order to find out about pricing and process times.
- I can rush items, for an extra fee. Please know that I do not willingly drag my feet, I try to honor orders in the order they come in all while juggling family time.
- Discounts: I will sometimes offer discounts on larger quantity orders (8 or more). Please ask, but also keep in mind I'm a one-woman show and touch each item myself. I do my best to price things in a way that is considerate of you, the consumer, and myself, as the maker.
What is your returns or refunds policy?
- Due to the customization of my items, I do not offer returns or refunds. If an item is damaged or defective, please send me a message and I'll work with you to make it right. Please double check spellings and custom requests at the time of your order. I often copy and paste names and monograms right into my software.
