Hi! I'm Rachel Baddorf. In the spring of 2019 I got this itch to buy an embroidery machine. I had seen these amazing Instagram shops with beautiful embroidered goods (both children's wear and tableware) and I wanted to try my hand at it. I couldn't afford to buy my children the adorable personalized shirts or bloomers, but felt I was crafty enough I could figure it out. I remember sitting through my son's swimming lesson at the community pool and searching Facebook Marketplace for my first machine. He was jumping into the deep end literally and I was jumping figuratively.

After a few months of trial and error I started to get the hang of it. I'm an ennegram 5 so research is both a strength and weakness of mine. I fell down the rabbit hole and haven't looked back since.

I love creating beautiful things and I love connecting with people to make a project come to life. 

In 2021 I took another leap and started taking classes to learn to make my own designs. While that is another business of it's own, this skill adds an extra special touch to this one. If you have an idea of something you haven't seen anywhere else, or you need someone's handwriting digitized so it can be stitched on a special project, or maybe you have some wedding china you'd like a napkin to match, I can help you with that!
